Casa Kristina is a newly-constructed (2005), luxury family-owned villa built in a traditional Spanish style. The elevated position on a quiet cul-de-sac provides magnificent panoramic views across the orange groves and rice paddies to the mountains and sea. Six Roman steps lead to the front door from an off-road private parking area.
The Villa is on one floor with nicely furnished living room, kitchen, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and second bedroom. Each bedroom has an individually controlled air-conditioning/heating unit. There is another bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. French doors lead from the circular living room onto a spacious terrace with private kidney-shaped, 4 mtr x 8 mtr pool. A barbeque area on the terrace offers the flexibility to make the most of eating "alfresco".
A covered terrace adjacent to the pool provides welcome shade when dining during the day and; in the evening, provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy a barbequed meal with a glass of wine, while enjoying the breathtaking views. Outside facilities include shower (hot and cold water), covered barbeque area, table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chaises and a hammock.
A secure gate leads to exterior steps, providing alternative access to and from the terrace and pool.
